DR. JIM HOEKWATER
Following his graduation from the University of Detroit School of Dentistry, Dr. Jim spent 15 months in Nicaragua working with the CRWRC, providing dental services and setting up a dental program. Upon his return to Grand Rapids, Dr. Jim has practiced dentistry in the Cutlerville area for 30+ years. Married to his wife Chris, he has 4 children and 12 grandchildren. When Dr. Jim has free time he enjoys spending time with his grandkids, fishing, and working on his golf game.
Dr. Jim is an active member in the Michigan dental association (chairman of peer review 10+ years, currently on MDA peer review ethics committee at state level), American dental association, volunteers at Baxter community center, Mel Trotter clinic, and other local charity organizations.
Dr. Jim has kept up to date with many continuing education classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care. Dr. Jim is looking forward to meeting all of your oral health needs.
